1. The Hai Zhi Xing 801 tampered with its

    device and changed its

   AIS

    number. In September 2017,

   SPRFMO

    reported that Hai Zhi Xing 801 of Zhoushan Mingxiang Marine Fishery Co., Ltd. carried the same

   AIS

    number as Ming Xiang 899. Following investigation, it was found that Hai Zhi Xing 801 of Zhoushan Mingxiang Marine Fishery Co., Ltd. changed its

   AIS

    without authorization, creating the same

   AIS

    number as the unlisted Ming Xiang 899.
2. The Hai Zhi Xing 801 disabled its

   AIS

    for 207.65 hours (8.65 days) in the Argentine Sea in March 2019.
3. The Hai Zhi Xing 801 disabled its

   AIS

    for 200.86 hours (8.36 days) in the Argentine Sea between February-March 2019.
